All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and intimate nature of jewelry and wearable accessories, FancyDaria Accessory does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any items once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

For the health, safety, and confidence of all our customers, we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn or handled. Jewelry that comes into contact with skin, perfume, or personal care products cannot be verified as sanitary for resale. This policy exists to protect every customer who purchases from FancyDaria Accessory.

The Only Exception — Shipping Damage

A return will only be considered if your item arrives visibly damaged as a direct result of transit. To be eligible, you must:

Include your order number

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Approval is at the sole discretion of FancyDaria Accessory. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for return or claim under any circumstances:

Normal wear, tarnishing, or gold plating fading over time

Skin reactions or sensitivities

Damage caused after delivery

Items returned without prior written approval

Claims submitted outside the 7-day window

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FancyDaria Accessory is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
